The Deeper Light

Each of you has walked into more brilliance of self and yet you still stand where the sand and the waterline meet. You have not even ventured into the deeper waters of light, slipping into the ocean of God, and into the ability to See.

You stand on the seashores of yourself, preparing for what is to come next. It is as vast as all potential of all worlds and it is truly purer than any energy that has existed upon earth up until this time. Coming into oneness is not a journey for those weak of heart or purpose. It is a journey for those who are brave beyond reason. It is a journey for those who can scale the mountains of self on the way thru the past.

The human body by itself radiates and shows a vast array of light frequencies. The atoms within the flesh have a beautiful light. You see your humanness as tainted and obsolete – to be discarded as you move into a higher echelon. Embrace the light of being human! These new waves of light enter you optically. They enter through every opening that your body has. They are received in a linear fashion into the brain, and as particles of light that land upon you and are absorbed. Allow your humanness to shine. If you separated your human body, your light body and your soul – you would see that each is a shining star.

When the planets and stars lineup – the light will become more linear in nature, being seen in streaks. Each of you holds a different type of alignment, a different octave of light. You are becoming the celestial events. Remember – as above, so below – as in Heaven, so on Earth. It is but a mirror image always. Look to the Heavens for explanations of yourselves.

The Living Heart of Creation

In the Midst of the Shift:

Beloved one, open your heart for I Am here and I Am waiting to lift you into a miracle, into an experience of transformation that is beyond every concept of freedom. It is the expansiveness of the whole of Love. It is the glory of the omniverse. It is the song of unity that your heart is ready to encompass. And yet, it is in this tender moment, this living Now when you are here with Me that all of the rest makes sense.

I have said to you so many times that the miracle is our relationship. It is the gift of this holographic life blossoming into holy relationship where All That I Am can be given forth through the focal point, through the center, through the heart of God I Am. That heart is you.

WORLD OF LOVE

You stand on the cusp of the New World of Love, that which you have promised to create, that for which you came trailing star fields and universes and anchored yourself in service, creating for humanity a new vision of Reality. So as the world shifts, you are changing from a world of gravity, technology and definition to a world fueled by Love and the energy of giving, through the resources of the atomic power of the very explosion of Creation – ever available through you as the heart of All I Am in that which we name the Twin Flame, the two forces of life bringing Love forth as creators.

As this shift occurs from gravity to freedom, from technology to the magnetic power of Love, everything that is the current experience of human beings will be changing unbelievably rapidly. All that has been held together by the reversal of Love, by the “false gods” of desire for the little self, of “getting,” of the backward focus known as the curling inward energy of the “666” – as this flies apart and in one universal breath becomes the outward expression of giving, of the outreach of Love that is the truth of your heart, it will seem as if every foundation of the known world is disappearing.

DIVINE RELATIONSHIP

Already the world is immersed in these changes and people search desperately for understanding, for somewhere to anchor as those things built on sham disintegrate. What I come to show you today, this hour, beloved ones, this moment, is that the only way that you can make this shift and maintain that which you might name “sanity,” maintain an integrity of being, maintain an ongoing sense of joy, maintain an awareness of life easily lived beyond old definitions is to have the relationship with Me at the center of your life.

It is this relationship between us that is the cause of Creation itself. It is the impetus of My being giving expression to the longing to know and love My own heart that becomes this grand outreach of Love now birthing itself back into the world and birthing it grandly. Without your relationship with Me -- if you approach Me as only the silence, the wholeness, the universe, the void, All That Is, the breath, the unity – then you will find no anchor for yourself as the individuated expression of the heart of God in this world, or in the living cosmos.

This relationship is your anchor. It is anchored into the Real of Love. It is seeing your truth in this communion and allowing the increase of our Love to be the vibration that becomes your reality. This reality is expressed before you as the perfection of your heart, the Twin Flame, the divine counterpart, and all around you as your intimate dance with Creation. And of course, it is your life of joyous service to the awakening of the magnetic heart of God as the fuel, as the energy and as the power of Real life.

Thus do I call you Home to Me, into the living Now Moment in which we see each other, in which the gift of the Moment of Creation bears fruit with our one degree of separation that allows us this joy, this communion and this ecstatic expression of the power of Love in movement.

I have used the example before of a human baby looking into its parents’ eyes and searching there for its identity, that it might see the truth of its value, its being in the unconditional Love and positive regard of those who bore him or her. In this world that is the reversal of Love, in the illusory dance of the ego, it is rare for a human child to experience true unconditional positive regard, and therefore, the separation from Love continued generation to generation.

In the Real relationship of your being, in the truth that you can find through your open heart, I Am the revelation of your divinity and I Am All That Is, loving you perfectly. With every breath I Am breathing into your heart My joy as your existence and the awareness of the perfection of My Heart that is you.

TRUE REALITY

Thus in the ongoing living Now are you ever fed true Reality. You are awakened to the power of Love’s movement, alive in you, as the divine as masculine and feminine -- the two powers of Creation in endless movement, creating the energy to fuel everything.

Thus is it time to bring this truth into the world to supplant duality that you might recognize that from Me you receive every moment the very explosion of Creation itself, yours to give forth in endless joy, that Love’s movement shall feed the cosmos and certainly fuel life on Earth effortlessly.

In this recognition, in this communion as the shift of life speaks in your very atoms, you recognize that the dialog of the mind such as conversations about fuel, be it fossil or bio, are mute – supplanted, transformed as the heart of All I Am as you awakes and becomes the atomic power of life at the center of life in the world and at the center of Creation.

LIVING IN PURE LOVE

As you open your heart to Me, as you choose to say “Yes” to Love, as you shift from the ego mind to the heart as the foundation of Reality and communication, then you become the explosion of life that can fuel every need on Earth simply by living in pure Love. This occurs as you live in the Real in this holy communion, and knowing this, feeling this, having the experience in these ongoing meditations, you shall be easily centered and full of joy. You shall be confident in My guidance as the world dramatically shifts and changes all around you.

THE CENTER OF THE SHIFT

You, then, can become the magnetic center -- which is why you are here, beloved ones – to be that which entrains the new Reality, brings into alignment every heart vibration and becomes the living conduit for the Love I Am to feed the world and to heal it effortlessly, gloriously, ecstatically, fully alive to this living miracle.

This is the center of the shift. That center, beloved ones, is you. Without this magnetic center of your open heart, it cannot work. You will be without anchor, tumbled round and round and back and forth, as like the pendulum the new energies and the old keep bouncing back and forth into the world until the anchor of Love is available.

Therefore, do I call you to be here as the pure and open heart at the center, ready to accept your part, your mission, ready to be the Light, but most of all, in communion with Me, the open heart available for the Earth and every life expressing here as the awakening dawn of Love.

Beloved ones, right now it is not popular to speak of Me in this context, to use the high vibration word of “God” and to claim this miraculous relationship. It is easier to simply speak of the “All,” to dwell in the house of unity. I promise you this is part of the experience as you open both heart and consciousness.

Without this relationship, you forget the spark that grants the gift of Love unconditional and brings to you in every glorious Now your true identity as the heart of God I Am, that all aspects of the living hologram may have the center that is so imperative, the conduit for the expression of this exploding Love that seeds the galaxies, that grows the cosmos, that delights as the life that is the unity.

CONDUIT OF PURE ENERGY

It is even more than this – more than the wholeness, more than the silence, the release of duality, more than even the web of life that is truly magical. Even this web must have the center from which it emerges. This center, beloved ones, is you. You are the open magnificent heart of God functioning as the forces of Creation themselves, becoming the conduit of pure energy and glorious Love that seeds all things and makes the wholeness into something magnificent, centered through the opening of Love ever given, which is My truth.

The vehicle of that giving is you. The greatest fuel comes rushing through you. True atomic power is what is generated in the cosmic dance of the Twin Flame heart, ready at last to be aware of your place beyond the mind’s imaginings.

BE THE CATALYST

Only when you look with all your heart to Me can you feel this Reality and bring it into the world to be the catalyst of this great shift now underway, that when fueled by the power of atomic Love can be effortless. And even more than this, you are constantly guided by our relationship, by that which you see when your heart looks to Me. It brings forth an ecstasy of life that fuels and aligns and transforms every misperception that you’ve received through the eyes of human parents, through the consensual dream of the ego mind and through your own internal dialog based in the duality, in separation from Me.

Thus is reuniting with Me, coming back into this endless joyous reunion the first priority and it requires the open heart that is humbly waiting in the living Now Moment to be shown all that you are and all that you can be directly communicated through your heart from Me.

ETERNAL COMMUNION

The great forces of Creation are alive in you and reflected before you as the assurance of My Love for you appearing in the Real of God as your Twin Flame. Bring this power into the world that your heart might be My true conduit without imposition of the little will -- that the truth of your being be given to the higher will -- that every heart might be easily attuned to the true Reality, to the living miracle, to the magnificent experience that is yours when you and I reclaim this perfect and miraculous and eternal communion.

The heart of God knows itself by experiencing its divine heritage as bathed in the Moment of Creation itself. It becomes the true conduit of the atomic explosion of life, of the magnetic presence of Real Love. Stand firm in your life looking to Me and you shall have every moment your true foundation, not anchored to the world by the old laws of gravity but rather, anchored to the Real of God in endless ecstasy and freedom.

Then the world may find its true fuel, humanity accept true nourishment and every heart remember that which it is. Then may every consciousness be the herald of freedom, and the ego mind be reborn in true humility to be the servant of the movement of Love and purity. At last you are fully alive, receiving from Me the fullness of your identity in each living Now Moment so perfectly that the miracle of your identity in Me at last replaces the identity of ego.

The heart becomes your only mode of communication and you are the anchor for the world. You experience levity rather than gravity. Freedom, ecstatic joy rather than duality and the old world definition of responsibility. You are full of the abundance of life and the magnetic power of the heart of God, the Christ, beaming forth that which drives every heart into alignment and loves free every ego.

IN THE LIVING NOW

There is often much debate about the ego’s place in creating an individual identity but I promise you it is the identity of the old world, based on old world anchors. There is an identity that is given by Me in the living Now as you look into My presence with the single eye of your open heart alive to receive this elixir of life. This is what it meant when Jeshua said, “You must be reborn of the Spirit.”

So, come and look to Me. Bathe in this Light. Open your heart that you might recognize that which you are, and together let us be the one breath that yet breathes both in and out and unites the world and human hearts and breathes out each one’s glorious identity as a cell in the heart of All I Am – the living heart of Creation.

Overcoming Old Patterns

Today would be a wonderful day to break with some long-established patterns in your life. There are some patterns which no longer serve you, which undermine the direction you wish to have your life head at this time. They could be patterns related to money, to romance, to eating and drinking, to other addictive behavior of some sort. And these patterns may have plagued your entire life.

Today, know that you can overcome these old patterns through patience and love. It will not happen overnight, but it will happen, if you choose the healing path. The healing path, you must know, may be a long and winding road, one which travels up the mountainside, sometimes into slippery territory, sometimes into dark crevasses, sometimes over very rocky terrain indeed. There will be times when you slip and fall and must go back and begin again. There will be times when your heart breaks with longing, times when you cry out in pain, but still the path is there and the climb is within your grasp.

First, do not ask why this is your lot. It is what it is. And along the way, there will be much learning and growth. Along the way, you will be called upon to show courage and forbearance and become a much stronger person than you would be without this burden. Allow it to be this. Allow this to be not an affliction but a character builder. Allow this pattern in your life to be the victory of your lifetime, not the cause of your distress and failure. Know that it may take an entire lifetime, but that the healing path is worth the climb, it is worth the effort, and in the end or along the way, you will be released from this burden, you will be able to set it down and soar.

The first thing you must do on the healing path is to forgive yourself and others for the place in which you find yourself. By forgiveness we mean releasing blame, lifting from yourself any ill feelings you have toward yourself or others, any shame you feel. Give this gift of forgiveness to yourself today, for you cannot progress on this path without it. If you carry the heavy stones of unforgiveness in your heart, if you carry the burden of shame over your body, you cannot progress on the healing path. It is the first important step and one you must perform not only today, but over and over, as you forget to forgive and instead succumb to the old habits of blame and shame.

And then, choose. Choose to walk the path no matter how difficult. Choose to invest the energy in yourself. Drop all wording in your mind that says you have a problem. This may be an old pattern for you, but it is not a pattern you need to continue. I promise you, that if you release shame and blame and then choose to walk the path, full of forgiveness for each misstep along the way, picking yourself up when you fall, loving yourself when you stumble, embracing yourself with full love and understanding each step of the way, you will not only succeed, but will live a blessed life indeed on the journey.

Do not give up on yourself. Do not think that this journey is futile; it is not. You have within you whatever it takes to rise to the challenges of your life. You have all the strength, all the courage, all the heart that is needed to take on the greatest challenges you face. And the greatest challenges are indeed often these, the old patterns, so ingrained that you sometimes feel powerless before them, so ingrained that you even forget that you are making choices every moment of every day. But you are.

And so, after forgiveness, the next step is consciousness, bringing to the forefront the choices that you are making, moment to moment, pulling them out of old habit and into conscious choice. This is not something which will happen overnight, but it is something you are capable of doing. Choose now to do this, to pull these old secrets out of the drawers and closets of your being and expose them to the light of love. Pour love upon yourself as you bring to light the wonder that is you, right now, just as you are, shining out with the pure light of being.

You are precious and treasured. You are exactly what the world needs you to be. And you are evolving into the next most glorious stage of your being, right now, as you make conscious choices in each moment to shine out with all that you are, without judgment, and with deep love and compassion for yourself and as you journey.

Here is a little prayer for today

I love myself as I am, exactly as I am, completely and absolutely. I bathe myself in love and appreciation, in approval and caring. I feel and know my power, the power to evolve and become, the power to glow with the very best that I am, at all times. I choose to evolve. I choose to grow. I choose to be my glowing, glorious self. I am power. I am love and light. I am.

Breaking Free

There comes a day when the pain of living as we always have can no longer be. A day when the masks of denial become so constricting that we lose sight of who we are. At that moment, an extraordinary group of teachers appear, encouraging us to risk letting go of the cloaks of adversity that have shrouded our souls for so very long.

At that same fraction of time, other magnificent, wounded healers receive the same message. You can no longer live as you have; it is time to step forward on your journey, and we are here to lovingly guide you.

As we gather together, each a mirror of our radiance, a reflection of our pain, embodying the characteristics of those we love, and those we need to forgive, we begin our transformation. Each soul brought together to midwife each other's healing. To help us break free of the shackles of shame, trepidation, and fear.

In this process, we begin to embrace the totality of who we are. From the wounded little ones, to the conscious wise ones who have done so much work on ourselves. With the courage of a warrior and the vulnerability of a newborn, we transverse terrain that is so foreign, yet intimately familiar. We become aware of our buried unawakened mind and see how it has created chaos in our lives.

Then, moment by moment as we face the demons of our past we become stronger, healthier, and more present. We begin to play life differently by seeing our patterns, our hidden addictions, and the blocks that keep us from living fully. As we see these vices, we begin to choose whether we want to suffer any longer, or decide to co-create a fuller, richer, more centered existence with our higher power .

We are reborn moment by moment and choice by choice. Re-emerging into a new relationship with ourselves and with each other. Our journey is like that of a butterfly. At first satisfied in the comfort of our cocoon. Then as we grow, the pain of confinement and limitation becomes unbearable. In the existential struggle of leaving our past behind, we break free from the bondage of our cocoon. We are weak and vulnerable, yet magnificent. As our wings emerge, we begin to explore life from an entirely different vantage point. We are free to fly gracefully and unencumbered through the winds of change. As we transform individually, our metamorphosis expands collectively.

Now moving forward on this ever-changing journey of life, we continue to support each other with loving energy. Knowing that when one forgives, we all forgive. And as one heals, we all heal.

The Power of Love Energy

As you continue bringing in love energy, imagine it filling every part of your mind, your body and your whole being. Imagine you are breathing in love and breathing out love energy until your whole body becomes a body of light. Fill every cell with light, and allow the transformation to take place. Enlightenment, which the great masters and teachers talk about, is actually the total transformation of all the cells into light. This is of course a long-term process, which may take several lifetimes to accomplish even with total dedication. But still the transformative process, which we engage in to a lesser or larger degree can still bring amazing, and wonderful results.

With regular practice, as the light comes in, it roots out old beliefs and deeply held structures that are no longer in alignment with our present process of self growth. Over a period of time as we release these beliefs and structures and we cleanse and purify on many different levels, our vibrations start to change. The body begins to vibrate on a much higher level, we become less dense and more sensitive and intuitively move towards that which will help raise our vibrations rather than lower them. Gradually this becomes more evident in every area of our lives, we become more selective in how we spend our time and with whom.

We find ourselves moving in new directions and new people and circumstances come into our lives, for as our vibrations change, so does what we attract. Remember energy follows thought, we attract to us what we think about, therefore it is imperative that we watch our thoughts and make sure they are in alignment with our chosen goal. It is the law of attraction, that we attract what we send out. If we constantly send out loving thoughts, our vibrations will change and we will attract more loving circumstances. Before that can happen, other things may need to take place first. It is an unfolding process, one that we live and work with moment by moment, day by day.

If we continuously come from love and hold only love in our hearts, we will find whatever is not in alignment will present itself in front of us. We may have to deal with our past actions, or resentment or anger or whatever is suppressed. We need to empty our subconscious, through meditation this happens spontaneously, layer by layer, releasing and letting go, releasing and letting go. As we come more into alignment with every word, thought and deed focused on love, then the response to our actions will be made manifest in a corresponding way.

One of the hardest tasks in this work and the most powerful is to watch our thoughts, to change all negative thoughts as we catch them into positive ones. As we do this, our level of clarity will increase and our depth of understanding will be profound, we will start to know, sense and intuit in a new way. We must be alert to judgement, either of ourselves or others. When we judge, we are not seeing clearly, we miss the depth of the person, we cannot see beyond to the light, we must learn to look deeper, always going beyond, not ignoring but a getting a greater sense of the picture and seeing what more is there and remember everyone is a soul of their particular journey and that each soul is special in some way.

Moving to a higher state of consciousness requires constant observation of the self in order to transform lower states into higher ones, there is no short cut, we have to do the on-going self work. This requires patience and the perseverance to keep going no matter what. Not an easy journey, but an extraordinarily rewarding one as you will come to see. Through the transformation of consciousness through love energy, we can live in a state of deep joy, which is irrelevant of what is going on around us, this is a state of immeasurable bliss. Once we have tasted it and felt the deep bliss of the divine, it becomes easier to detach from the superficial and to let go of anything, which lowers our vibrations.

Catching Up With Your Life

Welcome to the river of life! You have an inner tube to float along in. It is yours and will never be taken away from you. Float with me down this river of life. We can’t see where the river is going, we can’t see around the next bend, but look there over you head, grab that fruit off the overhanging branch and taste the gifts of the river. There are many more branches with all kinds of delicacies here in the river.

Look at all those who float along with us! Honest people, healers, good people who want to float here and experience life and live their lives to the fullest. Here comes a boulder in the water. You will just float around it, don’t worry about the obstacles, they come and they go but you are in your inner tube and always safe.

The river is quickening now. People are saying there are rapids up ahead. Some people are trying to climb out of the river. Look at them holding on to the boulders. Clinging to them, fighting against the water. Some are scrambling up the river banks standing still watching the river of life go by them. They look sad don’t they, and scared to ride this river.

But we are not scared! We go through the rapids like a great Disneyland adventure! We come out the other side just fine even if we got a little wet and we see more gifts hanging on branches over the water we can easily reach. The people on the river banks can’t reach these gifts from there. They must get back into the river if they want these gifts. Let’s holler to them! "Come on! The water is fine! You are safe here! You belong here! We will be with you! Come on in!" Maybe one will come out of his or her rut, back to living life and we will be happy about that.

I hear the rushing of a water fall, do you? Oh boy, hang on! This will be a big adventure! Swoosh! Over we go tumbling around and bobbing back up, laughing and quite wet indeed! What an adventure that was! We are safe throughout this ride and we know it, no matter what happens.

We know there are more bends in the river but we don’t know what they will bring. We know there are more boulders in the river but we know not to cling to them. We don’t need to. We know other people are standing on the river banks too scared to travel this river of life freely the way we do. We feel sad that they can’t do it. It is their choice. We know that will be other branches along the river offering us precious gifts and we need to stay in the river to reach them.

Where does this river go? Eventually when our time has passed, it takes us to a golden sea where all the other souls can be found in peace and joy and harmony. I can’t wait to get there myself! But we have to ride the river until we get there. So in the meantime I am loving this inner tube, this river, this ride and experiencing it for all I am worth.

What Will Matter

Ready or not, some day it will all come to an end. There will be no more sunrises, no minutes, hours or days. All the things you collected, whether treasured or forgotten will pass to someone else.

Your wealth, fame and temporal power will shrivel to irrelevance. It will not matter what you owned or what you were owed. Your grudges, resentments, frustrations and jealousies will finally disappear.

So too, your hopes, ambitions, plans and to-do lists will expire. The wins and losses that once seemed so important will fade away. It won't matter where you came from or what side of the tracks you lived on at the end.

It won't matter whether you were beautiful or brilliant. Even your gender and skin color will be irrelevant.

SO WHAT WILL MATTER?

How will the value of your days be measured?

What will matter is not what you bought but what you built, not what you got but what you gave. What will matter is not your success but your significance. What will matter is not what you learned but what you taught. What will matter is every act of integrity, compassion, courage, or sacrifice that enriched, empowered or encouraged others to emulate your example.

What will matter is not your competence but your character. What will matter is not how many people you knew, but how many will feel a lasting loss when you're gone.

What will matter is not your memories but the memories that live in those who loved you. What will matter is how long you will be remembered, by whom and for what. Living a life that matters doesn't happen by accident. It's not a matter of circumstance but of choice. Choose to live a life that matters.

In Love With Life

Fall in love again each moment with life. Breathe in the rich, new wondrous possibilities that are continually being born. Realize what a grand opportunity exists in even the smallest of matters. Today is a day like no other, and you are magnificently blessed to be a part of all that it encompasses.

The wind blows, the sun shines, night falls and some days bring brutal cold while others offer stifling heat. There is beauty, there is tragedy, and there is exquisite fulfillment along with bitter disappointment.

On the surface, life is filled with much adventure, activity, change, confusion, excitement, joy and frustration. Underlying it all you'll find abiding peace and goodness that can never be denied. You have the unique, unmatched good fortune of being you, right here and right now.

Take a brief moment to realize and remember who you truly are. Then look out at the vast expanse of possibilities that surrounds you. And dive lovingly into it in your own special way.

Where Are You Coming From?

LETTING GO OF FEAR:

When I was living as a Street Person, under the open sky and in the weather, I came to deeply understand, experientially, the nature of fear. I also learned how to overcome it. And today I fear very little. This leads to an interesting question: What came first, my loss of fear or the Good Life that I am enjoying? Did the Good Life produce my loss of fear, or did it my loss of fear produce the Good Life?

I am clear now as I look back on it that it was the latter and not the former. It was my loss of fear that produced the Good Life. Unfortunately, I went to great lengths in my own life to get rid of my fear. In my case, I had to literally lose everything already before I could get to a place where I was no longer afraid of what I would lose! I took myself to the very bottom, relinquished everything that I held dear, let go of all of my physical possessions, watched my dreams and life goals evaporate, and stood by as an amazed observer as I witnessed my body finding itself homeless.

Only when I reached the place where I had "nothing to lose" did I lose the one thing that I was trying to lose: my fear. Out there on the street, my thoughts turned to everything that I had to gain -- and so I quite naturally gained everything. Where your thoughts are, there will your future also be.

I do not recommend this process to others. I am certain there is an easier way to understand that, as Franklin Roosevelt said, we have "nothing to fear but fear itself." Many times earlier in my life I have tried to teach myself this lesson, to bring myself to a remembrance of this truth. Many times earlier in my life I had sustained losses which I was convinced would leave me unhappy forever, only to find that joy and happiness were not nearly as elusive as I had imagined they would be, and that I could, indeed, be happy without the thing that I thought I could never lose.

What I'm trying to say here is that my life has shown me over and over again that I can sustain enormous loss and still retain my inner peace and happiness. And now, after the Conversations with God experience, I am really very clear about this, because I have come to understand that the peace and the joy and happiness which I seek does not and cannot come to me from outside of myself.

It sounds so trite to me when I say something like that. Everyone says "joy must come from within." But it is true. Every time I have placed the source of my happiness outside of myself, I have been disappointed. Every time I place the source of my happiness inside of myself, I am fulfilled. Let me share with you a technique that I have used with wonderful effectiveness in my own life to realize that the truest happiness and the greatest joy lies within me. I experience this the moment that I bring happiness to others.

HAPPINESS AND JOY TECHNIQUE

All I have to do to experience all the peace, all the serenity, all the wisdom, all the understanding, all the joy, and all the happiness that lies within me (and that is inherently part of my nature) is to decide to give these things away -- to be the source of these things for others. For in the moment that I give these things away, I experience that I have them.

The fastest way to experience that you have anything -- the fastest way to experience that you ARE anything -- is to give what you have and what you are in fullest measure to others. That is why it is been said by virtually every spiritual master who has walked on this planet: "It is more blessed to give than to receive."

This is not because "giving" is a "nice thing to do," but because "giving" is the fastest pathway to the treasure chest that lies within each of us. It is the combination that opens the safe. It is the key that turns the lock. It is how we get into the space where our True Self resides. Once we are in that space, we come from that space. And that is a great secret.

THE ESSENTIAL ENERGY

When I was younger a popular phrase that was thrown around by everyone was, "Where are you coming from?" Everyone was asking everyone else, "Where are you coming from with that?" When you're coming from the place where the True Self resides you quite naturally send outward -- you literally emit from yourself -- the Essential Energy that is found at the core of your being.

This energy is called, by some, Love. This is Who You Really Are. And there is no faster or more profound way to experience this than to allow this energy to flow through you to others.

The interesting thing about this is that in this choice not only do you find yourself, but you give others back to themselves. For what others see in you they begin to see in themselves. You stand as the great example and the great possibility for others.

And, of course, as you bring happiness and joy and peace to others, they experience themselves as more of Who They Really Are. They get back in touch with themselves. So two things occur at once: They see themselves in you, and they experience their True Self within themselves.

When you bring someone happiness, they become happy. When you bring someone joy, they become joyous. When you bring someone wisdom, they become wise. All you are doing is placing them in touch with what already exists within them. This is the insight of every great master. This is the understanding of every great teacher. This is the "aha!" that every student comes to. We are doing nothing here with our spiritual work but giving people back to themselves. First, we start with ourselves. Then we move on to others. Ultimately, the whole of humanity is returned to Itself.

TRANSFORMATION

Can this happen? Can this really occur? Is transformation of an entire species possible? Of course it is. This is called growth. It is the means by which a species evolves. We are moving now into a rapid phase in this process. The process itself is speeding up, exponentially. The question is not whether this is occurring, the question is, what part will you play in its occurring? Will it be something that is happening TO you, or something that is happening THROUGH you? That is the only question. In order for it to be happening through us, we must release ourselves from our fears.

TOTAL ACCEPTANCE

One of the greatest fears in life as I have observed it is the fear of being rejected. Certainly, I have experienced this fear in my life. I would have to believe that most of us have. I have found a powerful antidote to this fear. I simply do not reject anyone for any reason at all.

When I give others my total acceptance something quite remarkable happens. Two things, actually. First, when I give others my total acceptance I give myself total acceptance. Second, when I give others my total acceptance they give me their total acceptance. What goes around comes around. Life sends to us what we send to it. It is every bit as simple as that, and I know that I am preaching to the choir here, so please don't feel talked down to. The truth is, I'm really talking to myself. I'm reminding myself of what I already know.

LOVE OR FEAR

All the things I fear, I amplify. All the things I love, I amplify as well. Conversations with God tells us that there are only two places from which to come as we move through our lives. We are either coming from Love or we are coming from Fear in everything that we think and say and do.

I have learned to check my inner sense of where I'm coming from with all of my important thoughts, words, and actions. And when I feel that I'm coming from Fear, I try to move closer to the core of my being, to the Essential Energy, to the True Self.

BEING AUTHENTIC

It sometimes feels dangerous for me to do this. It sometimes feels as though I am risking everything. Only when I continue to understand that I have nothing to lose do I find it easy to stand in my truth, to say what is so for me, to express myself authentically in every moment, and to remove the shield that I have been holding in front of me in the imagining that I must protect myself from you.

ONENESS

These days I am clear that you are not who I need to protect myself from. You are who I do not wish to separate myself from ever again. It is in the reality of our Oneness that I will find my true freedom from fear.

I wish you well on this day. I wish you Godspeed on your journey. I wish you peace and joy and love and happiness on your path. I promise to provide you with company along the way whenever and however I can. I choose never to feel separate from life again, in any of its manifest forms. I am free. Free from fear at last. In the Oneness I am free.
