Trusting Love and Loving Trust

There is something so powerful about these two little words; Trust and Love. It's as if the utter happiness and purpose of our lives depend on their existence. Without trust we are not 100% willing to let in love, and without love there is nothing to trust in life at all. They are like Siamese twins, one always comes with the other, and yet if you are missing one then the other cannot be fully present.

I invite you to play with the energy of trust and love. 

There is a wonderful phenomenon that occurs when you consciously combine them in your day. When you relax into a state of Trusting Love, it's as if the whole Universe bows down to you and asks, "How may I serve you?" 

Your mind finally comes to rest and relax within itself, and a blissful feeling about life begins growing inside you. When you are constantly Loving Trust, your life simply flows as smooth and easy as a sweet gentle river. Everything seems to go your way. There is nothing more fulfilling and permanently satisfying than trusting the love you give and receive, and the experience of loving trust forever.

To find this Love for Trust and this Trusting Love is something you can do right now. 

They have always been dwelling within your own heart, at the very central core of your being. You cannot find them outside yourself, in another person or thing. They are within you now. To re-discover them in this moment, simply relax and breathe into the very core of what and who you are. 

Welcome the deepest truth of who you are. 

Notice what is already always loving or trusting in everything. It's there, yet you may need to take a very long deep look within to discover this exotic buried treasure inside. Nothing truly amazing is ever found without a great focus and an inexhaustible search.

Receiving love is a natural state of trust and trusting is simply accepting and loving what is. 

They move together as natural and easy as each season flowing into another. The amount of love you can allow yourself to receive will always be equal to your trust in love. As you increase the level of trust in your life by nourishing it, welcoming it, and meditating on it, this powerful love inside you will naturally emanate from your being everywhere you go. 

By trusting love and loving trust, you enhance both sides of the spectrum. You become a walking, talking, loving trusting vibration! This is how you honor yourself for all that you are and truly say YES to your life!

Even though you are already whole and complete, truly divine in perfect form, when you let in this love and feel this trust, you invite others to do the same. 

You expand the possibility for this world to become a consistently loving trusting place. It is from this place of loving and trusting yourself that you will discover the experience of truly loving and trusting others. When love and trust are as constant in your life as your next inhalation and exhalation, a sense of wholeness and deep inner peace is found in everyone and everything. 

It truly is miraculous!
