First described in metaphysical literature, and now being felt by contemporary philosophers, scientists and mystics across the globe, there is a hugely profound “event” happening within the psyche (the overall psychological structure) of the human race.
To put it simply, our collective mind, the cauldron of thoughts and beliefs that contribute to the perception (and thereby creation) of our reality is undergoing an evolutionary restructuring of its foundational suppositions.
Okay… even more simply then – we humans are in the process of changing our collective belief systems and the way in which we think about life and how to live it.
For many centuries, in accordance with the evolution of our psychological structuring (specifically the development of the “ego-self”), the collective mind of Western civilization has been fixated (not unnaturally) upon the nature of the physical world.
We have been mesmerized with measuring and categorizing anything and everything we perceive with our physical senses – or their wonderful technological extensions.
Normally around the age of two or three years, once a small child has reached an understanding of how its physical senses work and how it can use its body to interact with the physical environment, it moves into a further stage of development.
The child’s attention moves away from a focus upon the physical stuff of being in the world to an equally important non-physical aspect of its being. It becomes aware of the energies of emotions and their expression. Ask any parent!
The Human race, as a species, is at a significant point in its evolutionary development.
Like the small child, we are moving our attention away from our measuring physical five-senses that tell of our existence, to the non-physical, immeasurable “inner senses” that engineer our existence.
We are expanding our awareness of what is possible for a fuller, more complete rendition of a human being.
The Western mind’s preoccupation with explaining the physical has led to a narrowed perception of life in general and what it means to be—not just in physical terms, where we delight in observing and measuring our “being-ness” but in the broadest terms possible, including a purer explanation of our spiritual, non-physical being-ness.
Our Western mind is suffering from schizophrenia. Over the last several generations, the collective mind of Western civilization has developed a schism between its ego-self (the part of you that promotes thinking and reasoning in your mind) and its Essence Self (the part of you that deals with feelings and emotions in your mind).
Our collective mind has largely excluded any input from our Essence, cutting us off from the knowledge and abilities that complete who we are from our direct awareness.
Corrupted over the centuries by the pursuit of power, some religious organizations have become so confused and distracted from their original responsibilities (spiritual and moral guidance), they have begun to exhibit a chronic state of schizophrenia—paranoid schizophrenia—as seen in the rise of fundamentalism.
A distinct lack of spiritual guidance over the 20th Century and the fact that the guidance that was available still traded on the fear of repercussions in the afterlife if you didn’t conform to a doctrine’s dictates, has meant that we have not dared to venture along the path of true spiritual investigation and discovery.
Fear, a dominant state of being for our ego-self, has been utilized by those in power to deny us access to the wonders of our spiritual world—where Divine Love is the dominant state of being for our Essence Self.
This separation from Essence, for so long, is the fundamental factor behind the current turmoil we are experiencing in the world.
The good news is that our multidimensional, multifaceted Essence Selves are forcing their way back into our awareness.
They have stood quietly and patiently as our ego-selves have run riot with free will, taking us to the brink of lunacy. They’ve had enough!
Consciousness, God if you will, has also had enough of this experiment in egoism. Slowly but surely, through the subtleties of intuition and the inner senses, our Essences are making their presence felt on many of us as they strive to gain our attention and bring our collective mind back into a more balanced and broader level of perception.
Our collective mind, that has for so long championed its analytical, reductionist, logical, reasoning, intellectual faculties is moving its focus of attention away from solely these “masculine” oriented ways of perceiving our being-ness.
We are beginning to re-embrace our “feminine” faculties of awareness.
We are inviting the “Divine Feminine,” with its connectivity to our inner senses—which go far deeper than simple empathy—back into the art of balancing a purer, more refined sense of perception.
This is truly an evolutionary shift in the very nature of human consciousness and its expression in the physical world.
The shift in human consciousness needs you!
