5 Ways to Find Your Inner Power

evolve 300x200 5 Ways to Find Your Inner Power

 by Julie Griffin -
1) Believe in your gifts.
You are already creating your life. The knowledge of the gift comes with greater consciousness. Notice the shift in moods associated with happiness and connection.  Work for connection through meditation and practice visualization.
By visualization, I mean seeing and feeling a particular situation differently. It exists (partially) because of your input. (Everyone is powerful enough to create repetition. Change takes practice, but it’s doable.)
2) Stay with your vision.
Practice the imagery until it becomes second nature, and you can substitute the new image for the current reality.
If you want to feel healthier or more energetic, learn to substitute the feeling and image for the feelings experienced “now.”
3) Become aware of the “default” zone.
The default zone is the strange set of personal habits experienced when we are out of the sphere of connection. They involve anger, competition, grief, depression, and general negativity about life.
If we’re honest, these feelings are always the same. It’s easy to linger on why we feel them, but the answer comes from vibrating above them.
4) Disconnect from the ordinary world.
The world which identifies spiritual powers as weird or strange. (After all, those folks are more than a little lost.)
It’s very cool to feel the voice of nature, to know who is calling when the phone rings, or to follow the beautiful path of intuition.
5) Connect with your desires through meditation with a pure heart.
You become greater, stronger, and larger than life when you connect with your desires through meditation with a pure heart.
It’s important to have a beneficial purpose when you meditate—particularly when your heart takes you there. (Every manifestation has vestiges of the ego, which are cleared in time.)
When you connect to a desire through the heart, the universe meets you halfway. It rearranges life so it falls into place. You also have to hold onto faith when you take this step, which results in marvelous realizations.
