How Life Shows Us What We Need To Know

by Dave Richo -

There is a grace-full force in us and in the universe. It is a lively energy that is always at work so that we will become fully human.

To be fully human is to be as loving as we can be, as free of ego fear and clinging and as generous as we can be with our innate gifts and talents.

This takes psychological work on ourselves and a spiritual practice. When we are committed to such a program, we feel joy and self-respect because we are fulfilling our deepest purpose in life.

Our ego may balk at this and yet we can discover a path to equanimity. This leads us to dealing with our dark side as well as with fear, loneliness, anger, guilt and hurt.

Love follows and blossoms into lovingkindness and compassion. In all of this we explore mindful pausing as a central spiritual practice.

Finally, we appreciate how nature figures in as an assisting force and how wholeness is always and already ours. Then we walk confidently to our sublime destiny.

Practical steps are about doing things in new ways. But doing is not the whole picture. We are also receiving graces that assist us.

We become fully human not by our efforts alone but also by the assistance of a higher power than our ego that complements our psychological work and our spiritual practice.

Abundant grace is surrounding us right now and can be trusted to help us cross our next bridge or threshold.

WHO WE REALLY ARE

Here are five suggestions that may be helpful in discovering who you really are and in acting that out:
1. Tell those close to you what you feel within yourself and in reaction to them, no matter how embarrassing it may be.
2. If necessary, allow yourself to retreat from a distressing issue long enough to regroup your strengths. Then come back and face the music with more power.
3. Stop and hold every feeling, cradling it, and allowing it to have its full career in you. Distractions and avoidances only alienate you from yourself.
4. Admit your fear, allow yourself to feel it, and then act as if it were not able to stop you. This is how fear turns to excitement about an alternative and how self-esteem increases because you now have the courage to risk.
5. Always be on the lookout for your deepest feelings, wishes, and needs, and act in accord with them.
Here are some ways to know what these are:
 Free yourself from inhibition and clinging.
 Ask for what you already know you want and gradually you will ask yourself—and others—for deeper things.
 Set boundaries in your relationships and you will know a great deal about yourself and your real needs.
 What makes you happy and gives you a sense of fulfillment? What do you do that flows from blissful choice and what is based on a sense of obligation or habit?
 Look at the record: the history of what you have actually done in the course of your life tells you more about yourself than the fantasy of what you wish you had done or what you say you want.
 If you acted with the highest level of consciousness and spirituality, how would your life be different?
 What people you strongly admire have is likely to be what you want too.
 What you want for your children and best friends may tell you what you have always wanted.
Respond to each of the entries in the above list noticing which feelings, wants and needs come through most frequently.

Five Fast Ways to Access Your Intuitive Guidance

by Michelle Casto -

Intuition is an incredible resource and gift that we have been given to help us live our best life. Unfortunately, not many people know what it is or how to use it. The word intuition means “in to you” in Latin.

Florence Scovel, a theologian, once said,
“Intuition is the spiritual faculty that doesn’t explain; it seemingly points the way.”
It’s also been said that intuition is your divine Spirit talking to you. You have this very amazing power! And you don’t even have to get any special training to start using it.

All you need to do is raise your awareness about it and set your intention to harness it.

Intuitive messages range from an inkling to a strong sign or message. Your inner self is persistent and consistent.
It will keep trying to get your attention until you finally wise up! An inkling is like a glimmer or passing feeling/ thought that comes from somewhere inside and usually proceeds a hunch or intuitive message.

A “hunch” is accurate information from a higher intelligence; therefore, you can rely on it.

An intuitive message ranges from hearing actual words, seeing a clear picture or a deep inner knowing. Some people experience intuition as a feeling, others a gut reaction, others will see images or have a dream, others hear an actual message.

Become familiar with how your inner self communicates with you. Once you receive the message, check it out with your research.

The best ways to get in touch with your intuition are:
  1. Be quiet: Practice taking time out every day to experience silence. Calm your mind with traditional or active meditation. Release your need to think, analyze, and know everything. The best information comes from the deep recesses of your soul.
  2. Be open: Open to the gift of intuition and accept what is has to tell you. Many times, our ego thinks it has it “all figured out,” but your true path may look very different than the one you are on. Being open to new possibilities and ways of living is key.
  3. Be creative: There are many ways to be creative, painting, writing, dancing, designing a website, etc. Do something that helps you get into the “flow,” that place where time seems to fly by and the work is leading you. Creativity is an expression of your soul and goes hand-in-hand with intuitive guidance.
  4. Ask questions: When you ask yourself questions, you gain additional insight and clarity. When you ask a question like “What is the next step I need to take?” know that you already know what you need to know. Trust yourself. You already have everything you need inside.
  5. Journal: When you write, you tap into thoughts, feelings, ideas and direction that you are not consciously aware of. Writing allows the truth to come forth and is an easy way to gain insight from your inner self.
You can further develop your intuitive guidance by preparing yourself by gathering the necessary information and experiences to provide more of an opportunity for your intuition to surface.

Intuition cannot be forced; you need to allow it.

After loading up your mind with information about the issue, give your intuition time to work on it. And then become open to the answer. You will likely experience an “Aha” moment, which is a moment of instant awareness, where the answer sprouts from “out of the blue.”
If you have an important decision to make and are not 100% sure about something happening, stop and think before making a decision.

Usually this is your intuition trying to tell you that something is not quite right.

Likewise, if you feel that you should go for it, do it, so you don ’t miss a valuable opportunity. Intuition is your very own best friend. It is always there for you, and it waits patiently for you to be in communication.

Intuition will provide the best advice and all you have to do is ask!

Like any good friendship, all it takes to nurture it is a little time and attention. If you decide to be close and intimate with your intuition, I promise that your life will transform into something wonderful.

Objective Spirituality

by Robert Kopecky -

What if, with no huge effort on our part other than just a little shift in our point of view, we may dramatically change practically everything for the better? What if we could give ourselves a whole new orientation that would simplify and clarify our experience of life?

SELF-CREATED OBSTACLES

Most of our problems, most of the things we wish we could change for ourselves, are obstacles that we’re usually creating ourselves. We all know that already.

Problems that pop up again and again and prevent us from reaching what we want or being what we’d like to be. But what might those obstacles look like if they weren’t right in front of us again, blocking our view and dictating our direction?

What if we saw them from across the room? Or could look down on them, like a bird looking down from above? They probably would look like nothing much because, in truth, they usually are nothing but the constructions of our human minds.

Our human minds are very insistent mechanisms.

They want us to believe everything they say is true. They want us to believe that we are our thoughts. But we’re not. We’re something else. Otherwise, how could we notice how crazy our thoughts can be? How could we say to ourselves I don’t even want to think about that and then not think about that?

YOU ARE NOT YOUR THOUGHTS

In Hinduism, there is a Sanskrit word sakshi which simply means the witness and it’s a simple idea.

It’s an idea that you can assume as your own, because it’s about who you really are – apart from the demands of your rambling thoughts.

Sakshi can suddenly shift your perception – your perspective – because it’s the witness that pays little or no mind to your mind. It applies no labels or judgments to what it observes.

It’s the simple, pure awareness that looks upon all things with a graceful acceptance, with an objective compassion, as an intuitively analytical eye. Imagine being so cool! Now imagine it a little harder…

I had the mixed (but good) fortune of surviving multiple near-death experiences, and the first was in the classic out-of body motif. I looked down on the auto wreck and witnessed my own body, unconscious and apparently lifeless.

Naturally, I suggest you avoid this scenario, but it was instructive. When I think about it now, I engage my memory, but I also engage my imagination – and you can do that, too.

ACCESSING THE SIXTH SENSE

Imagine yourself outside of your body, being your pure self, unencumbered by the insistent designs and definitions of your mind.

From there, you can look down on the limiting definitions your mind imposes on the huge potential of life; the power that’s so easily handed over to your old fears.

From that point of view as the objective spiritual entity that you actually are, the world looks much simpler, much clearer. We experience what in Latin is called sub specie aeternitatas, the actual eternal nature of our pure self.

The aspect of being that you may think of as an intuitive sixth sense and as a real, spiritual quality that we all as members of the human species possess.

When you identify yourself at that level, where your inner self and the rest of the universe are unified, the problems and obstacles of your life on Earth carry much less weight and power.

For example, the guy at work who’s always in your face loses the label antagonist and is observed as simply demonstrating his need to express the demands of his own experience to anyone and everyone – not just to you. In fact, much less seems like it’s happening to you. It’s only happening for you and because it must.

BECOMING A DISEMBODIED SPIRIT

With this simple change in perspective, you immediately gain a tolerant and empathetic consciousness, an acceptance of people as they are - and of the world - as it is.

You are freed from personal expectations because you see them as simply part of the whole, as an inconsequential expression of the moment. This allows you to bring to each moment, and to the world, what you alone can bring to improve things as they are.

You no longer have a horse in the race, because you’re watching the race from above with the objectivity of a disembodied spirit. Life becomes more easily acceptable. You can see the shape of every problem, so there’s no problem too large to be overcome.

This condition is a lot like Buddha Mind or Christ Consciousness – in which experiencing a little of either puts you in pretty good company and immediately bestows upon you a whole new definition of success.

A TOURIST ON EARTH

You needn’t be concerned that you may become too detached from your own life or lose the passion you feel you need to inspire yourself.

Your new point of view allows you to see your attachments and passions in a much truer context so you may engage them more accordingly.

With the spiritual objectivity of sakshi, the size, shape and even origins of your personal obstacles become more apparent so you can see how they’ve fit into your past and how they can be dealt with more effectively as they pop up now.

You engage your life as a whole – past, present and future to identify what works, what doesn’t and whom you would like to become.

Imagining that you’re up in the sky witnessing your body and mind (and everyone else’s) actually plants your feet more solidly on the ground.

It empowers your actions, your effectiveness and your compassionate consciousness to show up for life with a simpler, clearer presence. Any responsibility can be met. Any obstacle can be dealt with – including those potential catastrophes that may lie just ahead of us all.

In Logion 42 of The (Gnostic) Gospel of Thomas, a rather Zen-like Jesus says, 'Be passersby', which could certainly stand in for the compassionate spiritual objectivity I’m suggesting – the slightly detached, fully engaged kind of tourist-on-Earth quality that can change our messy struggles into our empowering purpose.

For me, it may be summed up as a New Year’s resolution:
I resolve to be a responsible, open-hearted, objective, compassionate witness of – and entirely engaged participant in – the remarkable, indescribable magic of life on this beautiful Earth.

"To him who holds in his hands the Great Image (of the invisible Tao), the whole world repairs." --Tao te Ching, 35

Understanding Your Sixth Sense

Lynn Claridge -

Learning how to use your sixth sense, allows you to have contact with spirit and loved ones. Understanding your sixth sense is better known as intuition or insight.

The sixth sense is better known as intuition or insight. No one can explain where the sixth sense comes from. Researchers believe that you all have a recall button in a part of your brain.

You use your sixth sense in everyday life. Some people choose to believe it and some just like to find logical explanations for it. If you trust your sixth sense, you can totally change your outlook on life and people. It allows you to make accurate decisions in more situations and you feel good about the decisions you make.

Here are some tips about the sixth sense.
  • If you regard yourself as a very analytical person, you can still enhance your intuition.
  • Do not dismiss any insight you have about people or events.
  • If you feel that there is danger trust your intuition.

Start to identify with your inner voice.

When you are finding it hard explaining something that is troubling you listen to your inner voice.

If one of your senses is right, enjoy the feeling.

Test your sixth sense. Play some harmless games. For instance, you could imagine that the doorbell is going to ring and you know who it is.

It is not true to say that psychic sensitivity is a special formula and that only a few are privileged to receive it. Everyone has the chance to experience his or her senses; these are around you all day, and every day.

Your main five senses are made up of Taste, Touch, Smell, Sound and Sight because these senses are automatic you take them for granted.

A psychic has the ability to use a sixth sense that can see life differently. You see full vivid color and that life is full of meaning. Remember; take your senses to the limit.

Try to focus on everyday things around you and write down your results in your journal. Keep an eye on what gets your reactions going. Whether being excited, frightened, curious, aroused or being inspired. Write your observations in your journal.

Below are the five senses.

Take one sense per day. This will help you to become more aware. See how things around you become special and try not to ignore them in the future.

Vision

When you wake in the morning, tell yourself aloud - “Today I am going to be aware of my vision”.

At the start of the day look at everything as it really is, not what you want to think it is. Look at things as if you are looking through new eyes. Try not to spend time glaring just look. By doing this you will find you are more visual.

Smell

From the moment you wake up say aloud - Today I am going to see how many different smells are in the world”.

From the time you wake until the time you go to bed write down how many different smells you notice. Once you take note of these smells, you will get your psychic antennae working. You will be very surprised how many smells you have never taken notice of before.

Listen

From the time you awake say aloud - “Today I am going to listen to the sounds of the world”.

You will be surprised to know how many sounds we block out each day. Throughout the day, try to focus on different sounds. Take note of how the different sounds make you feel. Do you feel relaxed, calm, positive or negative?

Touch

In the morning look at yourself in a mirror and say aloud - “Today I will feel the touch of different things”

As you go about your everyday activities touch every item you come into contact with. Make a note in your journal about what sensations each item gave you.

Taste

In the morning look at yourself in a mirror and say aloud - “Today I will pay close attention to taste”

Start the day from the moment you get out of bed. Notice your toothpaste, mouthwash or your lipstick. When you place anything into your mouth chew slowly and throughout the day consider the different flavors you experience.

The Awakening of Intuition

by Julie Redstone -

We live at a time when the capacity to hear God’s voice speaking within heart and mind has become greater, due to the intensification of light within the physical plane.

As a result, even for those who have wandered far away from a spiritual path, the way back is more possible than ever before given a wish to return, and given time and attention paid to the voice of an inner knowing that may have previously been rejected.

This inner knowing is what we call intuition.

It takes place in silence and in the presence of inspiration that arrives from another level that often requires asking and waiting.

Though some intuitive perceptions are primarily focused within the human plane, for example, knowing someone well so that we can anticipate how they might react to something or what they might do, the kind of intuition that may be called ‘higher intuition’ comes from a different place.

It is the voice of understanding that translates messages from the level of the soul where Divine truth, light, and wisdom can be heard, to the level of the personality or embodied self that receives such messages.

In point of fact there need be no great difference between these two levels and humanity is progressively moving in this direction.

Yet for many there still remains a large gap, a space that makes it more difficult to hear the words that are being whispered to and from the soul.

In order to bridge this gap, mind and heart have to be willing and there needs to be at least the beginning of trust in one’s capacity ‘to know’.

Intuition does not need to be taught; it needs to be allowed.

It is a capacity that has always been within us in a dormant state, awaiting our turning to it as a flower turns to the sun.

We can start with a small willingness ‘to know’ more of truth, light, and wisdom as it applies to our own life and to the lives of those we love.

We can begin to pray to have the obstacles removed that cloud understanding or diminish our perception of what this truth might be.

Prayerful desire to make contact with higher truth begins to open the doors to inner knowing, especially when such desire is accompanied by a willingness to receive and to pay attention to what has been heard or sensed.

There are people who ‘know’ things who do not believe what their inner senses tell them. They invalidate and reject what they feel or believe.

This choice begins to close the doors to higher perception as it gives more power to fear - fear of being wrong, fear of being different, fear of needing to change one’s life based on what is heard.

In order to open the doors to intuition and to keep them open, we need to be willing to hear and know and we need to be willing to trust.

Trust is not a simple thing, for it often involves a reevaluation of how we have lived our lives.

It may be that life has compelled us to be more practical, more focused on the daily tasks of living and providing for others. Or, it may be that we have made mistakes in the past concerning who or what to trust.

It also may be that we have forgotten that we have the capacity to feel more, to sense more or to be more open to life on all levels.

Trust involves not only a willingness to receive something from another level of our being. It also involves a willingness to believe in our own capacity to flow with life and to change what needs to be changed on the outside or on the inside in order to do so.

There are many who know a great deal but who are afraid to let themselves recognize this because of where it might take them. This fear must be let go of in order to open the doors further to intuition and to the greater perception of light and truth.

Especially today, when there are so many great issues before us as a collective humanity, and so many actions taken that can have a profound effect on all of mankind, it is especially important that we reclaim our ability to know and to trust that gives rise to intuition.

To do otherwise leaves us in the precarious position of not knowing what or who to believe - not knowing which direction to go in, in terms of making the world a better place and relieving the immense suffering that currently exists.

Without access to the deeper intuitive sense that is part of us, we live at the mercy of public opinion rather than in the presence of truth.

For reasons that are both personal and are part of our belonging to the human family, it is essential, now, for us to open to the light that is present so that we can participate more fully in the collective life of humanity as well as in the circumstances of our own lives.

For it is a time in which the planes are coming closer together and we are being asked to do this for our own sakes and for the sake of all - to allow our inner senses to awaken and to become the light-filled beings that we are.

The time we are in asks this of us and for each of us, our hearts ask this of us so that we can begin to solve the problems and challenges that are immediately before us.

We can begin with a prayer to open; we can follow it with a period of silence and emptiness in which we do not know and wait to be shown; we can make ourselves ready to become vessels of truth and light.

The recognition of intuition’s gifts may not happen immediately but it will happen, for all of life supports this growth in each citizen of planet Earth at this time and all of life celebrates when one who has left the path of recognizing their Divine self begins to tread the path of return.

The Language of Energy and Color

by Francesca McCartney -
"Mere color unspoiled by meaning and unallied with definite form, can speak to the soul in a thousand different ways." —Oscar Wilde
You have a visceral, emotive relationship with color. Imagine living in a world where everything and everyone are shades of gray: you drink gray water, eat gray food and hug gray people. Now imagine that all things exist in shades of red: you drink red liquids and eat red foods and your hair, eyes and skin are red.

Do you think you would feel and interact differently in a monochromatic world than you do in our multichromatic world? Even imagining such a stark reality may have stimulated an emotional reaction that gave you the answer to that question.

Probably imagining the gray world elicited dull, flat feelings and the red world gave rise to heightened, faster feelings. You probably would not choose to live in a one-colored world.

You are emotionally affected by the multichromatic physical world and also by the visualized colors of your inner world.

Color intention and visualization, as well as seeing color with your physical eyes, transmit distinct physiological, mental and energetic information throughout your system.

Color is not an easily defined perception, language or science. It is part of our intuitive language.

It heightens perception in daily life and is a core tool in healing and meditation. Color precedes words and antedates civilization, connected as it is to the limbic system of the brain.

It is both a subjective experience and an objective feature of the world — both energy and entity. Color is tied to emotions as well as being a physical reality. The intellectual left side of the brain becomes stymied when attempting to describe the experience of color.

From the atmospheric phenomenon of rainbows to the structure of the atom, from the artist’s palette to the multihued clothes we wear, color is a key that reflects our physical, emotional and spiritual world.

COLOR AND SCIENCE

"Color is energy made visible."
— John Russell

The source of all color is light. Without light, there is no color. Light is the messenger and color is the message.

Leonardo da Vinci observed that color does not exist without light and was criticized by his peers for such radical thoughts.

Robert Boyle, a seventeenth-century English physicist, that colors are diversified light.

Isaac Newton demystified the relationship between color and light by passing sunlight through a triangular glass prism; he saw that the rays of white light were bent or refracted, spreading out like a fan.

He called the resulting range of colors a spectrum: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.

He concluded that white light contains all colors, while blackness has none. This analysis of white light was to become one of the most meaningful and famous of all scientific experiments.3

We experience color in the world because objects absorb different quantities and frequencies of white light.

A green leaf, for instance, contains pigments that absorb certain wavelengths of white light and reflect or transmit others, producing the color of the unabsorbed light: green.

Five discoveries — ranking among the most profound insights in the history of science — were influenced by the study of the color spectrum:
  • the composition of the stars;
  • the relationships among magnetism, electricity and light;
  • the genesis of quantum mechanics;
  • the structure of the atom
  • and the expansion of the universe.
In 1927, astronomer Edwin Hubble’s use of the spectroscope in analyzing the “red planet” established color as a valid, measurable property; from that point onward, color figured red into scientific calculations. The spectrum of color thus became a quantifiable constant in scientific measurements.

It is interesting to note that Isaac Newton coined the word spectrum from a Latin word meaning “apparition.” For him, the spectral qualities of color and light occupied a liminal position between this world and another.

In the 1990s, laboratory research using photometers and color filters demonstrated that the human energy field is composed of light/color emissions.

Interestingly, the researchers found that the vibrations of the human subtle-energy field did not correspond with biological signals: we re as much as a thousand times higher in frequency than the bioelectrical signals of nerve and muscle.

To determine the specific color correlations with these signals, professional intuitives observed the auric fields around the bodies of the test subjects while the instruments recorded the signals. The resulting data we re subjected to a frequency analysis to determine the frequency spectrum of each color.

The resulting comparisons showed that the intuitives’ readings correlated with the spectrogram dings at 95 percent accuracy.

Further, this research demonstrated that human energy-field colors change rapidly based on will and needs; gene rally, individuals have a unique, consistent pattern of limited colors (their life force). Only people in peak health and performance had all the colors of the spectrum present in their auras.

COLOR AND CULTURE

Have you had a conversation with someone in which you were both looking at a color but could not agree on the name or shade of that color?

This is a historically documented conundrum.

The recognition and interpretation of color are determined by many factors — cultural, religious, spiritual, biological and psychological.

The natural development of color recognition is participatory, and the perception of the mind is unconsciously influenced by these factors. For example, ancient Greeks had no word for the color blue, so they described the sea as winedark and the sky as bronze. To them, blue was not a color in our sense, but the quality of “darkness.”

The terms used to describe color were psychological attributes such as “fresh,” “dark,” “moist,” or “alive.”

Historical and cultural contexts also influence perception; a Coke bottle dropped from an airplane into a society of Bushmen in South Africa’s Kalahari Desert in the movie The Gods Must Be Crazy is seen as many things but never as a container for carbonated beverages.

It has been reported that some pre-Columbian Native Americans literally could not see the large sailing vessels of the first European explorers to approach their shores because they had no cultural precedent for such an event or object and no appropriate words in their vocabulary to describe it.

Thus in their reality, such things simply did not exist. You may be like a European standing next to a Native American, describing a colored aura around a person, to which the Native American replies, “I see nothing.” Even the “objective” cognitive act of seeing in the material world requires a synergy of senses.

The human eye can discern the differences among several million variations of hue. The Pantone Book of Color displays 1,024 color plates.

There are 50,000 different hues (spectral locations), tints, and values of color. In advanced language systems with vast vocabularies, thousands of hues have been given names. But even the most advanced languages contain no more than twelve basic color words.

English has eleven basic terms; Russian twelve; the language of New Guinea has two. Many languages have no word for the term color itself.

History records color as a silent language used in religion, politics, government, hierarchies, royalty, medicine, war, art and science.

Color wordlessly speaks in allure, authority, beauty, caste, heraldry, marriage, mourning, mysticism, nationalism, nobility, pageantry, patriotism, potency, power, rank, sexuality, and valor.

Intuition: Unfolding Our Super Intelligence

by Carole Cravath -

Decisions mean everything to us.

Our lives are a reflection of their positive effects or negative consequences. Using the analytical mind to make decisions can be a hit or miss technique.

Analyzing situations over and over trying to predict an outcome can be exhausting and erroneous.

Analysis is a mental activity that makes comparisons and breaks things down into their component parts; but it can't see the big picture , the future, what another person is really thinking or intending, or know what's truly best for us.

Intuition can!

Intuition comes from another level of our minds and is a natural part of our awareness.

It can deliver the truth about any question we have if we know how to identify it. Intuition doesn't think; it simply knows, without any rational thought.

It is a higher intelligence because it can see the future, know how others really feel and provide us with accurate answers about what's best for us.

Intuitive knowing comes to us through feelings, our inner voice, bodily sensations, hunches, and inner pictures and images.

Remote Viewing studies by scientists Jahn and Dunne repeatedly show that this level of mind is innate to all of us and connects us to direct truth!

We're all familiar with a common scenario that illustrates this point.

A young man is seeing a girl and has a strong feeling (intuitive knowing) that she just wants to be friends. His mind, however, begins to operate and he begins to analyze. "What if she changes her mind. People change their minds every day." "Maybe if I do such and such, she will like me more."

Down the road, of course, she tells him clearly that she only wants to be friends. His intuition (strong feeling) had already informed him of this fact but he tried to get around it by analyzing.

How intuition connect us to direct truth:

Quantum physicist David Bohm and physiologist Carl Pribram have provided evidence that we're connected to everyone, everything and all information in existence through frequencies and waves at the quantum level of life.

How does this work?

Every thought, feeling, action, experience and event that occurs is recorded (like a photograph) in the quantum field of energy and intelligence that underlies all life.

Picture this: you've just finished reading a popular book and your feelings and experiences of it have been "photographed" (recorded) in the universal archives of energy and frequency.

This experience (photograph) travels by wave and frequency through all of life's interpenetrating energy fields and becomes available to you, me and everyone else.

Then, a friend of yours starts to think that you might like that particular book for your birthday, because she loved it.

As she thinks that thought, she gets a feeling (intuitive knowing) not to get it. She doesn't know why but decides to go with another gift. She doesn't consciously know that you've read the book but the intuitive level of her mind where this type of information is processed knows.

Science shows that we are holographic, tiny fragments of the whole of all that exists; but every part of a hologram contains within itself the entire whole and can access all of its information.

Our natural intuitive senses receive and translate the truth and facts that these waves and frequencies carry and our right brains interpret this factual information and relay it to us in the form of inner pictures in our minds' eyes, our inner voice, persistent feelings and pure knowing. Thought is not involved!

There is a bio-organic basis for our intuitive senses that has been researched. In his paper titled "New Scientific Studies Regarding the Existence of Certain PSI Faculties", Ingo Swan discusses at least 12 additional senses beyond our basic 5 that have been documented.

They include skin receptors for clairsentience, neurological senses for telepathy, bio-electronic receptors for clairvoyance and pineal gland receptors that allow us to know the future, as well as use x-ray vision.

We are all naturally wired for intuitive intelligence.

We can know in advance what course of action is best for us; i.e. which choice we should make.

Why?

At the quantum level of energy and intelligence, past, present and probable future blend and are all part of a frequency continuum, which we're part of energetically and physically.

Through our intuitive receptors, this data is available to us as a matter of course. We "know" the correct answer because of our interpenetrating energy fields and holographic brains.

How Intuition Works in our Daily Lives

Intuitive information is an integral part of our awareness as we go about our day and we just need to understand how it works and practice using it.

A feeling not to walk down a certain street, an inner voice that says "Call Mary" and you discover she's in need of support, a persistent inner picture in your mind that a certain house is best for you are all examples of intuitive knowing.

As we deliberately choose to cultivate and apply intuition in our lives, we quickly see how vastly it improves our decision- making!

When my son was going into 5th grade, a male teacher was available as a choice, because this school was open to parental requests. I asked for him, because I logically assumed that my son should have a male role model in his life, since I was divorced.

Wrong! This reasoned decision became a huge mistake! It became so bad in that classroom that my son refused to go to school, point blank!

The teacher, it turned out, was an angry person and was taking it out on the kids. My son had literally become sick from that environment. Intuitively, my child had the solution.

He "knew" which class would work for him and after I had several involved meetings with the Principal and Director of Elementary Schools, he was transferred and simply thrived in the new classroom!

Had I originally listened to my intuition instead of analyzing, I wouldn't have had to make this correction.

Educate yourself about how to develop and use your intuitive faculties, teach your children to trust their feelings and hunches and enjoy the following exercises!

DAILY INTUITIVE GUIDANCE STEPS:

Method #1
A.) Allow yourself to become quiet and deeply relaxed. Float, tingle, melt into your chair.

B.) Set your intent to receive general guidance for your life or an answer to a specific question. Know that your intuitive mind has the information and answers that you need. Trust that you can know now, because you can. Relax your mind , erase your thoughts and become a blank slate ready for truth. Intuitive flashes are about to begin!

C.) As you start to experience inner images and pictures , feelings, body sensations, and words and messages, write them down , with your eyes still closed. What have you learned? What is the answer to your question?
Method #2
A.) Deeply relax yourself with either music, focusing on your breath, repeating the word "peace", or imagining a pleasant color surrounding you.

B.) Experience yourself walking in a beautiful rainforest. Ahead of you is a rushing waterfall. Step into the pool beneath it , and feel the rejuvenating water splash your feet and legs. You can see a large pink scalloped shell resting on the bottom of the transparent water. Pick it up and hold it in your hands.
Notice that it contains a shiny white pearl. Look carefully at the pearl and you will see images, pictures, or words written on it. What's there? What is it saying to you? How do you feel? Wisdom is symbolized here. Your answer is symbolized on this pearl. Reflect on what it means to you.
Deliberate development of the higher level of your mind, your intuition, will accelerate your growth, success, and well-being! Truth is a gift!
