Cultivating the Flow of Abundance

by Sharon Marquart -

Consciously open your heart, mind, mouth, your thoughts, words and actions to the flow of abundance. Observe yourself giving and receiving.

Today let’s cultivate the flow of abundance.

Use affirmations today that remind you that you live in the flow of abundance.
  • “I live in the flow of abundance.”
  •  “I give and receive with ease.”
  •  “I live in the flow.”

Repeating affirmations does several things.
  • It creates new thought patterns in your mind.
  • It creates new energy patterns in your aura.
  • It creates new pathways in your brain that create hormones; chemicals that change the way you feel and the emotions you experience.

Remember that many of us live in what I call “default” programming. We go back to the ways we were programmed to experience life from childhood.

When making a change, it is important to put forth extra effort in the beginning of the change so that the brain and chemistry of the body changes fully.

Open the Tap

I believe the Universe is the infinite supply of energy that is ever-expanding and in constant motion.

So when I open the tap by getting into the feeling of abundance – peace, love, joy, freedom, even asking for what I desire – there is no option for the Universe to respond with, “sorry you can’t have that, there is not enough, you have too much already, I’ll get to you later.”

When I use my mind to open the tap, to tune into the feeling of abundance, it is there energetically flooding every cell of my being. The Universe is actually doing what it is designed to do – EXPAND!

And when I keep the tap closed or at a slow drip because, “how can I feel peace when so many others don’t?” or “how can I have more, when so many others have nothing.?” I am actually taking myself out of the flow and shutting down the Divine creativity of the expanding Universe that WANTS to flow through me.

The choice is yours!

Live in the flow of abundance fully today.

Living at YES!

The Infinite Conscious Creative Force of Reality

by  Paul Lenda -
When comparing the current overall level of consciousness that we as the human race exhibit to the unlimited potential that we have in every possible way, we are still infants.

Going far beyond the shift from the self-centered to the unity-oriented modality of existence, this potential includes becoming the infinite conscious creative force of  Reality  itself.
It is a seemingly-unfathomable idea to think about, given our current overall level of consciousness. However, the potential is definitely there; we simply have to go through a  supramental transformation  of consciousness to reach this destination.

Focusing on higher mind-states such as peace, love, and happiness, merging biological and technological systems, and the experience of  extropy  all assist in manifesting such a reality in humanity’s future.

The choice whether we become that infinite infinite creative force is ultimately up to us.
Each moment of existence that we spend resisting the realities of interconnectedness,  oneness, and the universal laws such as those pertaining to cause and effect as well as attraction is one more moment keeping us away from attaining such an existence.
The concept of infinity is impossible to describe since it has never been experienced by a single human being in its fullness.

The idea of consciousness is likewise difficult to describe but as far as consciousness goes, it can be perceived as being one in the same with infinity if the perception is that all is consciousness and so if infinity is, was, and will be the totality of the manifest and unmanifest, then consciousness is infinite.
Sure, we can put an 8 on its side and say that it is a reasonable visual and mathematical depiction of infinity, but it does not help us much in experiencing infinity or becoming the infinite intelligent consciousness that encompasses all that  is  in Reality.

In order for this idea to work, one must have the conviction that consciousness is expressed as energy and this energy manifests itself in a wide variety of ways; from solid manifestations such as rocks, to the intangible and unquantifiable expressions of consciousness such as love.
This idea makes use of a multidimensional Reality, in which there are several more dimensions than the 4 that we interact with on a daily basis.

Theories in physics such as M-Theory identify the existence of 11 dimensions within their models and are adequate at assisting in the understanding of this idea of  epigenesis.
Given all of this, it can now be understood how this process of becoming the infinite conscious creative force of Reality can come about.

The mystical philosophy that can be used to explain this concept says that a person should utilizes life’s opportunities to change an individual’s circumstances. The evolution of the process is as such:
A person seeks first to understand how previous actions have contributed to current situations. Armed with this knowledge, the person sets out to initiate new causes that will eventually result in the most beneficial effects for both his or herself and humanity, as a whole.

The aspirant understands that by using this method, drastic change or elevation in the progression of one’s present and future evolution of consciousness can take place.

Such a person is a co-creator in his or her own destiny.
This is something known as “conscious evolution”. Instead of assuming the passive status of a passenger on life’s journey, it is preferred to determine the direction and nature of his or her own trip.

Much attention is paid to the subtle dimensions of what is considered the human being. Both eastern and western mystic tradition recognize that the health and vitality of the physical body are direct manifestations of this “higher” etheric vehicle.
According to the evolution of consciousness, humans build upon that which has already been created, but add new elements because of the activity of one’s consciousness (in times past interpreted or labeled as spirit).

Humans have the capacity, therefore, to become creative intelligences (creators) and ultimately, to become part of the Supermind that is the infinite creative intelligence of Reality.

For a human being to fulfill this promise, his or her training should allow for the exercise of originality, which distinguishes creation from imitation.
When the process of epigenesis becomes inactive, in the individual or even in a race of species, evolution ceases and degeneration commences.

This concept is based on the view of the world as being a training school, which posits that while mistakes are made in life, humans often learn more from mistakes than successes.

Suffering  is considered as merely the result of error and the impact of suffering on consciousness causes humans to be active along other lines which are found to be good, in harmony with nature.

Humans are seen as localized fields of consciousness attending the school of life for the purpose of unfolding latent powers within their beings, developing themselves from impotence to omnipotence, reaching the stage of creative beings at the end of humanity’s present physical evolution.
Science fiction has played with the idea of humans eventually evolving to the point where they become pure energy and exist in a higher dimension of Reality.

Although it may seem like fiction to us humans, it may have become a reality for a race somewhere else in the universe (assuming there is life beyond earth).

There is little in the way of impossibility in Reality, which assists in assuring us that the evolution of humanity is far from over.
Consciousness has growth potential that is not even contemplated by the most advanced thinkers of today.

There must be an open mind when musing about the possible future metamorphosis of the  transpersonal  consciousness of humanity since without such an accepting position of awareness, the vision cannot be seen. If the vision cannot be seen, it cannot ever come to fruition or become manifest.
The 21st century is teeming with advanced concepts, ideas, and theories concerning our current abilities and future possibilities.

Let us not close doors that have never been walked through. To get to the top of the mountain, one must first have the courage to climb.

The Abundance of Oneness

by Carolyn Field -

Everybody knows that lots of little things can make a big thing. One tree can become part of forest; one pebble, a beach; one blade of grass, a park land; one voice, a chorus.
“All differences in this world are of degree and not of kind, because oneness is the secret of everything.” ―Swami Vivekananda
Everything gravitates towards each other.

We are coming together if not in physical proximity then in virtual proximity and in growing awareness of each other and of our connection.

Just noticing that we are linked will create the wave of awareness that will blazon the Earth.

There is something strangely vulnerable about one small tree standing alone or one pebble laying on a path or one blade of grass growing in a crack on the ground or one human creature sleeping in a doorway.

Something strangely vulnerable, yet also hopeful because there is always hope.

We are not meant to be alone.

So if one tree can make a forest, what can one forest make? If one pebble can make a beach, what can one beach make?

A forest, a beach, a park land, a chorus, all of these and many more collectives create awareness of the abundance that surrounds us.

Where there is abundance, there is positive energy sparking and fizzing and where there is an abundance of sparking, fizzing positive energy there is the probability of divine transformation.

Like an interaction between chemicals that creates something staggering.

So too, our awareness of Oneness.
Just as we notice that we are linked to one another, we will come to realize that we are linked to everything and that everything is linked to us. What a breathtaking awareness that is.

You and I are One with each other, with the Universe and with Divinity.
The awareness of our Oneness shall bring opportunities for a new higher nature to be possible which will in turn activate a powerful metamorphosis bringing peace, joy, satisfaction and all encompassing love.

YOU ARE LOVE

Each moment is the breeze
on a rippling green sea.
Absent are expectations,
I have no illusion of need.
When you see, without you,
nothing can be perceived,
your true abundance is clear.
You are love. You are loved.

Abundance vs Scarcity

by Loren Gelberg-Goff -

Creating A Healthy Relationship with Money:

What is your relationship with money? How do you feel about your financial situation? Are you feeling stressed and overwhelmed whenever the subject of money comes up? Do you cringe every time you have to pay a bill?

Stressful times continue and we continue to be bombarded with messages of gloom and doom. People continue to feel disconnected and isolated and are so busy that they have little time for truly connecting to or even noticing the abundance and prosperity in their lives. However, abundance is exactly what we need to focus on.

How do you define abundance?

The dictionary defines abundance as “ample supply; plenty; amount more than enough”. It is a definition that is based not just upon how much money you have in the bank, but by the “abundance of joy, health, love, friends, hobbies, etc.

How do you evaluate and measure abundance in your life?

Take a moment to think about it and focus on what is abundant in your life.

I know that it’s hard to connect to a feeling of abundance when you’re struggling to pay your bills, you’re not in great health, you feel lonely or you feel unsure of how to handle life stresses in general. I know and understand what it’s like to feel emotionally and/or financially choked every day and wonder how you’ll make ends meet or even just make it through the day.

Although attitude does not concretely pay the bills or combat emotional stress, attitude is exactly what we need to look at when the negative messages of insufficiency, inadequacy, scarcity, fear and even, sometimes, panic overtake you and threaten to take over your life.

As much as we live in a world that sets up comparisons and competition to “keep up with” or surpass the “Joneses”, it is imperative that you look at the other dimensions that make up your life.

We are multi-dimensional individuals and as such, we need to acknowledge all the parts of our lives that make us who we are. That includes, family, friends, health, responsibilities, hobbies, spirituality and whatever else sustains us when the chips are down.

We need to acknowledge where the obstacles to healthy energy exist in our lives, including our beliefs and conceptions about money, status, material goods, time, love, etc.

Have you ever wondered about what abundance really means to you and whether or not you believe you really deserve abundance in your life?

Do you think that life is a struggle, and that only “other people” get or deserve to be wealthy or have it “easy” and comfortable? Do you believe that only “other people” get or deserve to have lives that are abundant; and that somehow you just have to struggle for every ounce of success you might fleetingly achieve?

Belief Systems

What’s really at work here are your belief systems and they play an important part in whether you live with a feeling of scarcity/never having enough or abundance/having more than enough.

We can have times of financial stress and strain, times of physical/medical challenges, even times when nothing seems to be going right and it’s how we handle these times that makes all the difference!

When hard times hit, our egos send out messages of fear that cause internal reactions. We either shut down, panic, become overwhelmed, burnt out, depressed, and/or stuck; in other words, we feel and then become victims of our own thoughts and feelings.

STOP! BREATHE! FOCUS!

These are NOT the only possible responses to stressful situations!!!

These are habits, patterns, old behaviors kicking in yet again, and they do not require any effort at all to suck us into the morass of pressure, worry and tension that they bring with them. Feeling abundance is not just about having enough good health, money, time or love.

To really embrace the feelings of abundance in your life, you have to be willing to look honestly at your situation and evaluate what your part has been in your getting there. It means stepping out of the “passive”, automatic “victim”, role and looking for where your power and control lie.

It’s easy to blame, point your finger, feel helpless and/or powerless when hard times hit, and then wait, hope and pray for someone or something to rescue you from that painful situation. As most people ultimately realize, these methods don’t work; all they accomplish is that they just keep you perpetuating the same challenging situations in your life.

The key to abundance is that you be willing to see where your power lies and whether or  not you’re willing to do something to change the patterns that have evolved in your life so that you can go forward differently.

What has your part been in keeping the negative cycle repeating itself in your life?
  • Have you been in denial?
  • Have you been blaming someone else for your circumstances?
  • Have you felt burdened by life and not known what to do to change anything?
  • Have you been afraid?
Today is the day YOU can decide to live differently.

No, it won’t make your problems disappear today or stop the bill collectors from calling or instantly bring you good health or wonderful friends.

What your decision will do is help start you on a path to clarity and help you focus on your abilities so that you can formulate a new plan to help you go forward.

Maybe you need to ask for help; there is nothing wrong in doing that! Maybe you need to seek out training for a new job or reevaluate your relationships or change how you communicate with the people in your life.

The point is, you will feel energized as you begin to take back your power and create a new path, with new possibilities.

Abundance, in my perspective is about empowerment and the knowledge that you have free will and therefore the ability to CHANGE what you don’t like in your life.

Now, you may not be able to change a situation that has been with you for a long time but you CAN CHANGE how you view it and how you handle it going forward.

As Albert Einstein said,
“the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result”. He also said “the thinking that got you into a problem is not the same thinking that will get you out of it.”
It’s time to do something different!

Take that slow deep breath and focus on YOUR DESIRED OUTCOME. What is your desired outcome in the situation that most disturbs you in your life?

If you don’t have an outcome that is clear, then it’s time to sit with the negative situation and ask yourself: “in this situation what would abundance look like and what can I do to achieve it?”

Achieving Abundance Steps
1. List HONESTLY the areas of your life in which you feel scarcity and lack (ie: career, fun, personal growth, relationships, health, money, etc)
Are these areas lacking because you have neglected them, felt unsure how to improve them, believed that nothing could be done to change them, felt overwhelmed, etc.
This step is so that you can become conscious and aware of what works and doesn’t work for you and make an active choice to change that which you can, openly accept that which cannot be changed and let go of unnecessary burdens that keep you stuck.
2. List the areas of your life in which you feel a sense of abundance, fulfillment and/or success (pay special attention to what role you played in creating that fulfillment, abundance and success) Much of a feeling of abundance comes from and grows out of our feelings of being empowered, so OWN your successes!
3. List what your hopes and dreams are for the areas that are lacking in your life and why you believe you don‘t have those hopes realized. (ie: waiting for someone else to get it for you, afraid to ask for what you want, feeling overwhelmed and burdened with just too much to do, unsure of what to do or how to do it, etc.
These are feelings of being a victim and lead us into feelings of scarcity and lack…) Do NOT judge or criticize in this step, just be open to learning!
4. Pick the number one issue for you; the issue that you most want to change in your life, and focus on Your Desired Outcome for that issue. (Remember that a desired outcome has to be something over which you have control—no passivity allowed)
How committed are you to actively achieving that which you desire?
5. Write down the step(s) you need to take to achieve your desired outcome.
Maybe it’s enrolling in a class, scheduling an appointment, communicating more clearly, asking someone for help or guidance, reaching out for support, looking for another job, doing something that is outside of your comfort zone, etc.
Whatever the steps, write them down, (no matter how hard, scary, overwhelming or impossible they feel) and choose one step to take this week, to move you out of scarcity and onto the path of abundance.
As the old saying goes:
"A journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step."
Are you willing to take yours?
6. Set up a realistic schedule for yourself to take each of the rest of the steps necessary to achieve your desired outcome and stick with it!
With each step you take, you will feel an increase in your internal energies, more self empowerment, and an opening up to the abundance in your life. If you are unclear as to what each step needs to be, are you willing to explore what they might be?
Are you willing to ask for and seek out help, support and guidance? You don’t have to do everything alone! Ask a friend, a mentor, or even schedule a phone consultation with me. You have options; use them!
Changes aren’t easy but neither is staying stuck and feeling choked emotionally, physically, spiritually or financially.

Are you ready to move forward on your path of “Being Well Within” by doing the work to find and create abundance in your life? I truly hope that this message helps to get you started on your journey!

Success with Creative Visualization

by Remez Sasson -

You can harness the power of creative visualization to help you improve every area of your life. Did you know that you use this power every day, even though you might not be aware that you are using it?

Health, success, money, promotion and possessions can be gained through the use of creative visualization. This does not mean that you will get them overnight and with no effort on your part.

Mental work and a change of attitude are essential as well as having an open mind to accept new ideas, enthusiasm and persistence and a certain degree of the ability to visualize and to focus your mind.

Suppose you need five thousand dollars.

Build in your imagination a mental image of a check for this amount, made out in your name. Visualize it clearly, as if it is really there, in your hands. Imagine yourself holding the check. Pass your fingers over it to feel its texture.

A clear cut mental image, involving all the five senses and soaked with desire and faith is a power that influences your actions and imprints itself on the creative power of the universe.

Arouse in yourself feelings of happiness and satisfaction that you have received this check. Do not think who gave it to you or why it was drawn in your name.

Imagining that you have already received the check is important. This makes the subconscious mind accept your mental image as a fact and therefore, work to make it real.

It is a good idea to feel convinced that the check came into your life in a harmonious way and that all people involved were and are benefited by it.

The next step is to see yourself depositing the check in your account at the bank. You may also visualize the entry for five thousand dollars in your bank's statement.

What will happen?

There is a good chance that the money will appear in your life. It may come through various channels. It may come as a present, winning the lottery, a promotion at work, a new job, a good investment in shares or stocks, or through other channels. Results may be immediate or delayed.

Daydreams are the first stage but daydreams alone are not sufficient.

Do not make the mistake of confusing creative visualization and daydreaming. These are two different things. Daydreaming gives some pleasure, but creative visualization and taking action bring results.

What you visualize can materialize through various ways and channels. Sometimes it might manifest in a fast, sudden and unusual manner but mostly, it manifests in a most natural and gradual manner, one thing leading to another.

Suppose you are trying to get a car by visualizing it.

After a while, you might win some money in some way or find a new job with a higher pay and so be able to buy the car. You might also receive the car as a present or get it as part of your job's benefits.

You might also decide to buy a car because you can afford to do so or because you earned money from investments in stocks and shares. The possibilities and channels are endless.

So Much More

cosmic baby

by Julie Krull -

In this Holy space of quiet contemplation I embrace the promise of today and its sweet taste of eternity.

Trusting the field of all-possibility, I surrender into divine presence. She holds me like a swaddling baby and bathes my thoughts with love.

The fragrant scent of awareness fills the air. I look into the eyes of God and see peace. I am so much more than I “think” I am.

Full of the nourishing gaze, I move completely into the space between my thoughts and gently align with the cosmic blueprint, returning to my own true nature without ever really leaving.

My heart pulses with infinite joy in formless, luminous, essence.

The peaceful song of creation rocks me to the place of no more sleep and I become so much more than I think I am.

The Arrival of the New Normal

by Kingsley Dennis -

We have entered a time which I refer to as the New Normal, and we need to understand that things are never going to be the same again. We have to get used to doing things differently – for these ‘different things’ will become our normal ways soon enough.

This shift from older patterns and structures that once served us well, into a space where some things are no longer working for us can be unsettling and disturbing.

Yet don’t waste time with old energy patterns that are no longer working.

We may feel frustrated in not knowing what to do – and yet this is only just the beginning. In terms of the longer time scale we still have a long way to go, for this change is going to be many years in the making.

Things may now change faster than they have ever done before – we are living in a reality that is on the move. It is likely that many of us have already experienced this – a sense of rapidity and uncertainty unlike previous years.

There is no need for this feeling of ‘shifting ground’ to cause anxiety. Change does not mean something negative – people are only afraid of what they don’t know.

The easy part in all of this is accepting the need for a ‘new normal’ – the more difficult part is to actively engage in change, in a way that is balanced, stable, and not strange.

Being a part of the ‘new normal’ also means normalizing ourselves: there is no more need to stand apart; that is, to use ‘difference’ as part of your personality or identity. You cannot express your full potential when imbalanced.

The ‘new normal’ is not here to alienate oneself and others – it does not support divisive energies.

Sometimes change needs courage – courage to accept this change as the new normal.

Some people are more used to and adaptive to change than others – each person must find what is right and comfortable for them.

However, we are not starting from scratch – arriving to where we find ourselves now is also part of the change.

In fact, it is stability which is the illusion as everything is in flux.

Life is one complete flux-engine – if we can put it that way – and the human body is equipped for constant change. When there is imbalance in the body it naturally seeks to find balance: physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Finding New Positions, Definitions and Tools

We already instinctively know this, and how to practice it. By re-adapting to change and flux we propel ourselves forward – it is a force of momentum within our lives.

The new re-balancing is not about going back to the old – it is about finding new positions and definitions. We have to re-define for ourselves what is the new normal.

We have to learn how to operate the new tools we have and which we are expected to use.

Religious belief and unquestioning faith were old tools, for example. Now we need to figure out what are the new tools we have and how to use them. And within this period of new learning we may also need to do some personal ‘clearing’ – to get our own personal house in order.

So let’s be clear: the new normal is consistent change – and this normal can change on a daily basis.

Is this so difficult to accept and understand? It seems that many of the young people can work with this; it is not difficult for them to grasp the essentiality of change.

For many young people, it seems obvious that change is an essential and necessary, part of life. It is only us, entrenched in our years of conditioned stability that fear such flux and flow.

If anyone reading this is feeling a connection to this theme it is also because they sense the need for change within their own lives. They sense it is right – that there is some urge within them that is telling them that something needs to change – there is intent to know more.

There’s no better time than now for re-engagement – to reflect upon the question of ‘what is “life” for me? – and how can I participate?’

The following are some of what I consider to be at the basis of change:
  1. Release the fear conditioning
  2. Re-calibrate the definitions of what is ‘normal’
  3. Observe emotions and emotional responses and needs
  4. Get used to change – it is the only normal there is
  5. Be joyful with change and changing habits/patterns – learn to love it
  6. Don’t try to get back to the old ‘normal’ – adjustment is not a return, it’s a moving forward
  7. Waiting for the ‘old’ is not an option
  8. Change works better when you are pro-active so activate your engagement/participation. Get involved with your own changes!
  9. Trust your intuition and intuitive feelings

From Survival Mode to Creation Mode

It can be unsettling at first when trying to get used to something that is always moving!

It is like a radio station that constantly shifts its broadcast frequencies – and every day you have to re-tune your radio to find the new frequency. Yet this constant shifting is also a way for us to find meaning and significance in our lives.

We may find that many of the shifts that we choose to activate/act on will have a direct influence upon our need to find a renewed meaning in life.

Another way to consider these changes is to view them as being part of the shift from survival mode to creation mode – creating a new way of living more suitable to how we wish to live life in creative and meaningful ways.

Conscious Participation

As we gradually (or even suddenly!) shift into the era of the new normal we may discover that we fall into one of the following categories:
  • Manifestors
  • Facilitators
  • Nurturers
Each role is equal in importance – and yet each is different in how it relates and engages with others in life.

The new normal is going to have a strong influence upon the values of connectivity, communication, consciousness and compassion.

Our social, local and global networks will be ever more important for us.

Whether we manifest things in life, facilitate for others or nurture others – each involves conscious participation.

That is the core of the new normal – balanced, stable, conscious participation in finding meaning for ourselves and others; and to be creative and active in pursuing a positive future for all.

10 Keys for Creating Your Extraordinary Life

by Jane Straus -

Recognize that you are enduring.

Do you feel that you never have time to stop? Do you distract yourself with eating, working, volunteering, cleaning, etc.? Do you resent that you never have time to do the things your spirit longs for? Do you feel resigned rather than inspired?

If you wake up most mornings feeling anxious, bored or numb, looking forward to some imagined future time when you will feel happier - "when my children finally start school," "when my bills are paid off," "when I retire" - then you are enduring.

Release your self-judgments.

Your negative beliefs about yourself that are holding you back-you're untalented, too fat, not smart enough, etc.- are probably rooted in your childhood. Why would you let your "inner seven-year-old" run your life?

These judgments are real but they are only as true as you have believed them to be. Give yourself compassion for having carried the burden of your self-judgments. Replace them with affirmations and find new evidence to support your willingness to believe in them. Affirmations are as true as you allow them to be.

Question your limiting beliefs.

When you tenaciously hold on to the belief that the world works in one particular way (against you), or that there is only one right way to do something (and you are doing it wrong), or that your actions will inevitably result in a specific and predictable outcome (bad), you are strapping on blinders.

Make a commitment to take off those blinders. It will take practice and patience to stay out of "limiting belief territory," but eventually it will become second nature. You'll quickly start to see that life no longer feels boring and predictable.

Drop your acts.

When you put on the armor of an act, you sacrifice your authenticity for protection. For instance, you think no one can hurt you if you’re tough enough…or that everyone will love you if you’re nice enough…or that everyone will respect you if you never admit to being wrong.

Your acts will become your prison. Instead, give yourself joyful permission to become more of who you really are. You will feel free and you will find that who you are is much more interesting than any character you could possibly play.

Face down your fear.

What fear is keeping you from living your extraordinary life? Whatever it is—quitting your unfulfilling job, leaving an abusive marriage, telling the truth about your past—you must face it head on. Recognize that F.E.A.R. means “False Evidence Appearing Real.”

Think of the worst-case scenario and see yourself living through it with dignity. Get support from others. Create an affirmation, such as, “I am now courageous.” Then, just do it. Remember that no matter what the momentary outcome of facing down your fear brings, your worth as a person is constant and never in question.

Free your feelings.

If you feel bored, you are probably ignoring or avoiding something. Make an effort to connect with your feelings. Sit in a quiet place and close your eyes. Take some deep breaths.

Check in with your body. Do you feel any tightness or pain? Give that pain or tightness a name, such as fear, hurt, anger, resentment, sadness.

If your body feels light and open, give that an emotional name such as joy, love, happiness. Whatever emotions you feel and name, just allow them to be. If they change, let that be. Let yourself be. Learn to honor your emotions. Give them an opportunity to inspire you.

Heal your anger and resentment.

When you can acknowledge that your resentments are fueled by your personal regrets, you free yourself to step out of the victim role. It is not that you are letting others off the hook for unkind or unfair behaviors; they are still responsible for their intentions and actions. But the moment you uncover your regrets, you are empowered to let go of resentment.

Forgive yourself.

Make a list of the wrongs you have done to others and to yourself. See them as results of survival strategies. Acknowledge the consequences of these strategies to yourself and others. Grieve for your losses and your mistakes.

Make amends with yourself and others. Create an affirmation to replace the self-judgments that drove you to using your survival strategies. And remember to treat yourself the way you would want others to treat you.

Know, speak and live your truth.

Commit to being truthful in all you say and do. Realize that being truthful is not synonymous with being honest. Truth is a complex blend of honesty mixed with compassion and vulnerability.

When you are “brutally honest,” you are expressing your judgment but not expressing your truth. Your spirit knows the difference between truth and honesty. When you express your highest thoughts and intentions, you are able to live a true life, not just an honest one.

Create your extraordinary life every day.

To live in your truth is to allow your spirit’s energy into every cell of your being and into every thought and action.

Here’s what this means in everyday terms:

When you tell the clerk at the grocery store checkout counter that she has given you too much change, you make truth and spirit matter more than money.

When you hear gossip and don’t pass it along, you make truth and spirit matter more than your momentary desire to feel important.

When you tell someone you love him or her, unsure of whether he or she will say it in return, you make truth and spirit matter more than your fear of rejection.

Make these decisions every day. It takes courage and commitment to be your extraordinary self. You will be amply rewarded with a rich and fulfilling life.

Our Divine Original Blueprint

Stefanie Miller -

I have had a recurring vision of a life I embodied as a Monk. I see myself in a long white robe kneeling on the ground praying over a single blade of grass. Such an overwhelming feeling of peace, gratitude and love washes over me.

The message I intuit is that all of life is sacred and precious.

When we send out positive vibrations to even the tiniest and seemingly least significant form of life it matters and impacts the Whole.

We are all interconnected at the cellular level in the vast matrix we call life.

The past few years have been anything but easy. If anything it has shaken us to the core and left us feeling uprooted. This lack of stability is to allow us to feel vulnerable and open to the possibilities.

We are being brought together with individuals and groups that we normally wouldn’t choose but we are gravitating towards them for a higher purpose of connecting and assisting each other in completing lessons we are finally ready to overcome once and for all.

Those who tend to isolate are being pushed to reach out to help others and lend support.

Those who tend to only give and feel uncomfortable receiving are being prompted to accept assistance.

We are awakening to the fact that we are all One.

The trials and tribulations we’ve been going through have been an initiation into the higher realms.

As we finally “get it” and really begin to let go of the ego, things become less complicated and more open ended.

All that we’ve experienced has lead us to finally see things in a new way and forgo limiting creations, repeating the same behaviors that have gotten us nowhere, and forge a new experience. It’s like taking the same route all the time and one day noticing things that have always been there but we failed to see.

We are being challenged to face our fears and look at, acknowledge, face, deal with and release each and every one of them.

Let me tell you this is no easy task! Once we finally realize they are only illusions created by our past experiences and fostered by our egos we can finally let them go once and for all.

We can no longer endure the agony of living in fear of the unknown. This is when we finally reach a point of total surrender. Our choice is to accept the present moment and find contentment with what is or endure living in discontent. As an empty vessel we are able to find peace.

From this still point we can open our hearts to receive our Divine Original Blueprint and be filled with what will serve our highest good and greatest joy.

This is the scenario we are all undergoing in one form or another. Those who are resisting the process have it the hardest. We are being squeezed through the birth canal into a new way of life. We are awakening to see and experience the world through fresh eyes.

The pathway is through opening our hearts. We are learning how to express love from a genuine place of self-acceptance and non-judgment.

This is a time of integrating all the lessons we’ve learned and applying them in our lives. We are being prompted to take risks and approach things in a way that is out of our comfort zone. Our lives are being revamped.

When we give up trying to control things and do things the way we “think” we should, we allow Source to work some magic in our lives. By giving thanks for unknown blessings already on their way to us, we are saying we expect good things to happen.

Do you see the difference?

We may not know who, what, when, where or how it is coming, all we do is focus on the positive. Now is about surrendering our will and saying yes to life.

The energy is much more free flowing and creative once we are released from our old stories and belief systems.

The only thing necessary is a willingness to change. Once we make up our mind that our past doesn’t have to join us in the future we can leave it behind. That is the freeing aspect of Creation.

We’ve done so much inner and outer work. For those of us who’ve already jumped through hoops and done back flips in working on ourselves the hard part is over. This is the time of allowing a gentle unfolding. We simply give permission to be free and it is so. It is that easy.

Relationships will continue to go through some major transformations as many new people come into our lives. Those who leave are just not on the same pathway as we are.

Relationships are meant to uplift and raise us to a higher plateau, not drain or bring us down. Once we choose what we want, we only get more and more of that.

Creating abundance becomes easier and easier when we are not bogged down by limiting thoughts or repeating self-defeating behaviors. We create not only monetary abundance but also a wealth of good things by knowing that all things are possible and feeling the many blessings around us.

More Profound Levels of Love

Best of all and most of all our hearts are opening to deeper and more profound levels of love.

I find love just bubbles up inside of me and all I want to do is express it. Our relationship with animals, nature and the cosmos is deepening. As we nourish the connection it heals Mother Earth and all of its inhabitants.

Now is a time of gently honoring our process and being kind to one another. It is about releasing the past and holding a positive vision of the future. It is our choice to choose LOVE and embody it at the cellular level.

P R A Y E R
Dear God, I show up today as a vessel of pure love.
May my presence bring joy and comfort to others.
I believe in miracles and I know a miracle is on its way to me right now!
I am grateful for all the wonderful things in my life.
Thank you for all that is and all that is to be.
I surrender any lingering fears, doubts or worry that I may be carrying inside of me.
I know that everything is working out for my highest and greatest good.
I trust and know that life is good.
And so it is. Amen.
